The struggle for the rights of intersex people to be recognized

By Anne Saris, Benjamin Moron-Puech
English

This article takes the form of an interview conducted with Anne Saris, an academic (Professor of legal sciences — law being analyzed through the prism of social sciences) and an activist (a member of the former coalition for the women’s rights in conflicts) by Benjamin Moron-Puech, an academic too (Associate Professor), who is engaged in fighting for the respect and the recognition of the rights of intersex persons. It aims to explore the strategies and the tools mobilized for this fight. Is this articulation similar to of a chess game (with a clear anticipation of following moves) or rather to a game of snooker, in which linearity is much less obvious to trace.
