Digital Divide

‘Digital divide’ is generally used as a catch-all expression designating the variety of circumstances in which up-to-date communication-enhancing technologies are accessed and used. However, there is another way to appraise the ‘digital divide’. In this paper, we analyse it as an arrangement of practice differentials resulting in social inequalities.
